Do you have a voucher from Surprise Factory? Follow these steps to book with your vouchers. This is the only way you can use your voucher.

Prerequisites:

• The validity is listed on the voucher.
• Not valid on holidays, on combination tickets and in conjunction with other discount offers.
• The voucher is valid only for the date and departure time you reserved for. If you did not go, you cannot use the voucher another time.
• Advance reservations are required. If reservations are not made online with the unique code, you cannot use the voucher.
